My Centennial Giveaway!

(From the photo series, "Down by the River".)

Well put your boots on, dear, because today is my centennial! My 100th birthday. My turn-of-the century. My introduction to triple digits. Yup, today is my 100th post on "Made by Katrina". Wahoo! I started this blog in November 2007 when I started my Etsy shop, just a few months after starting my Flickr account. I wrote an email to my friend, Kelly Rae, and confessed, "I have no idea what I'm doing!" To which she graciously wrote back, "It's okay, neither does anyone else." Aww... so sweet. Thank you, Kelly Rae.

So 100 feels like a big accomplishment because a handful of times I nearly gave up! But guess what? I didn't give up. Instead I made it to 100! And what better way to celebrate 100 than with a giveaway?

Yup, all you have to do is leave a comment on this post and at the end of next week I will pick one winner at random. The winner will win a bunch of printmaking goodies from my Etsy shop and other creative surprises too. I'll assemble a package that represents my gratitude for your readership! Everyone and anyone is welcome. Whether you're a brand new reader or you've been reading since that very first post, just leave a comment on this post and you will be entered to win in my very first giveaway. Wahoo! And thanks for your centennial support. XOXO, k.

  21. Congratulations! I only just discovered your blog, but I know how that kind of milestones feel. I still am surprised sometimes that I've been keeping my blog going for one and a half years now...
I love your photography and I'll keep reading!

PS I don't have a tea label collection, cause I hardly ever drink tea. Are they worth collecting?
